世界中で事業を展開するグローバル企業の人事ポジション！採用プロセスをスムーズに進めるために、人材紹介会社と協力し、候補者の選定や面接調整を行います。直接的な採用活動はなく、社内の各部門と連携しながら進めるので、調整力やコミュニケーション力を活かせます。多国籍な環境でHRの経験を積みたい方にピッタリ！ハイブリッド勤務の可能性もあり、柔軟な働き方ができます。
- 採用プロセスのサポート：人材紹介会社と連携し、候補者の選定や面接調整を担当
- 面接管理：面接結果の回収、フィードバックの共有、関係者との調整
- オンボーディング支援：新入社員の受け入れ準備、研修調整、入社手続きのサポート
- データ管理：採用関連のデータ入力、更新、レポート作成
- 社内連携：採用チームや各部門と連携し、スムーズな採用プロセスを実現

- コミュニケーション能力：社内外の関係者と円滑に調整できる方
- グローバル志向：多国籍な環境での業務に意欲がある方
