Job Description
万博期間中の各国のイベント・催事に関わる各国との調整や実施のサポートのお仕事です。
フランス語圏の参加国がイベントを行う際の、万博協会との打ち合わせやイベント当日の運営サポートと
実施前の各種申請受付や協会内での連絡調整をお願いします。
【期間】2025年3月～10月末
【勤務地】住之江区（最寄駅：トレードセンター前）もしくは此花区（最寄駅：夢洲）
主な仕事内容：
・フランス語圏の参加国と万博協会/委託業者間の打合せ時のコミュニケーションサポート
・イベント当日の誘導・案内のコミュニケーションサポート
・各種ガイドラインの翻訳内容チェック
・協会内での連絡調整や手続業務
フランス語を使った業務は、全体の6割程度です。
4月以降は以下の勤務形態になります。
勤務日：土日祝を含めた週５日勤務
勤務時間：早番（8:00-16:30）または遅番（13:30-22:00または14:00-22:30）のどちらかで固定

・企業でフランス語を使って仕事をされた経験のある方
・対外的な調整や交渉などの経験がある方
・フットワーク軽く、能動的に動ける方
