• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in one or more: Java, Kotlin, Go, C# .NET, TypeScript, or Vue.js
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Terraform, or OpenTofu
• Business-level Japanese (N2+)
• Team-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
