職務内容
・採用戦略の立案・実行及び新卒採用、中途採用における企画、募集広報、書類選考や面接等の採用実務、採用管理システムの運用など、採用に関わる業務全般
・新卒採用インターンシップの企画・運営
・中途人財のオンボーディング施策の立案・実施
・社内の人材育成、研修企画、研修、タレントマネジメントシステムの導入・運用他、人材開発に関わる業務全般
・業務改善：人事部に限らず、社内の業務を人材開発の観点で改善提案・実施する
・メンバーのマネジメント
