■業務概要
- スパッタ，薄膜形成，CMPのいづれかのModule/設備技術の管理業務
■業務詳細
- ファウンドリビジネスにおける高付加価値オプションの開発・改良に向けたプロセス設計・開発および設備管理
- ファウンドリビジネスにおける高付加価値オプションの量産立ち上げ
- 次世代パワーデバイス開発および量産
- 歩留り向上，工程安定化，生産性向上，管理技術およびコスト削減等の生産技術の開発・改良
- ファウンドリビジネスにおけるプロセス・設備に関わる周辺技術支援

- マネジメント経験1年以上
- 英語スキル(TOEIC 600点程度)
