Job Description
Role: Design Engineer
Location: Neemrana
Role and Responsibilities:
- Product and Technology Development: Drive the creation of new products and technologies through experimentation, design, and testing.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and market trends.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to discuss and refine product concepts.
- International Collaboration: Work closely with Japanese staff to develop new parts and win orders.
- Customer and Supplier Meetings: Gather information and align specifications through meetings with customers and suppliers.
- 3D CAD Modelling and Analysis: Utilize tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for modelling, drawing, and strength analysis.
Required Skills:
- 3D CAD Proficiency: Expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Automotive R&D/Design Experience: Proven experience in research and development or design of automotive parts.
- Background in Vibration Engineering or Physics: Strong knowledge in these areas.
- Fluent English: Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
