JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for onsite AI system deployment, testing, and maintenance.

• Responsible for troubleshooting, consolidating issue log, and reporting.

• Responsible for routine system and database maintenance, monitoring and ensure the system operation stability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other software-related fields.

• Over two years of experience in operating and maintaining microservices systems, with B2B project delivery experience being a plus.

• Experience in installing, operating, and maintaining Linux systems, with the ability to read and write shell scripts.

• Hands-on experience with K8S.

• This is a role that might require interactions with Chinese customers so Mandarin speaking candidates are welcome to apply.

• Proactive attitude and ability to delve into complex problems.

• Ability to clearly understand business logic and translate technical issues into business terms is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MySQL, Kafka, and MQTT is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of networking and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, etc. is preferred.
