Job Description
- Responsible and accountable for the machineries and plant facilities to run smoothly and reliably.
- In charge, overseeing and manage any installation, repairs and upkeep of the machines, electrical & mechanical, include the plant property, i.e. building.
- Perform troubleshooting on facilities equipment and engineering support in production department.
- Involve in planning and execute preventive maintenance and ensure facility equipment (air-conditioning, air compressor, fire-fighting systems, water pump system, etc.), waste disposal, building maintenance are properly maintained, meet service quality and effectiveness.
- Regularly inspects the entire building and monitor contractor work closely.
- Together with ESH department to initiate, implement and maintains safe and clean working environment from time to time.
- Lead, educate and implement 5S housekeeping for the workshop including equipment and tools.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in machineries and facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge in facilities, machines and equipment maintenance.
- Familiar with facility equipment such as Boiler, Compressor, Hoist, Pump, Sprinkler System, Pressure Vessel, Wastewater Treatment, Cooling Tower System, Fire-fighting systems, Water pump system, etc.
- Possess Certificate of Boilerman is an added advantage.
- Willing to be based in Sendayan.
