PR/158242 | Production Engineering Senior Manager

• Led the Production Engineering team in creating and deploying advanced tools and jigs to improve productivity and efficiency in plastic injection manufacturing 
• Initiate to implement lean manufacturing and drive the organization towards Industry 4.0 transformation
• Maximize productivity and throughput by optimizing and automating processes
• Utilize PLC systems and programming to streamline production operations
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement innovative solutions
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and 
• development in production engineering

• Degree in engineering or any related field 
• At least 10 years of experience in plastic-injection related manufacturing
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing and a vision for leading the company towards Industry 4.0 implementation
• Strong expertise in developing tools and jigs to enhance productivity in plastic 
• injection manufacturing
• Capability to strategically reduce manpower through process optimization and automation while boosting productivity and throughput
• Knowledge and experience in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, with programming skills, is an added advantage    
• Familiarity with AI (artificial intelligence) or experience in handling robots is preferable
• Strong technical skills and excellent leadership to lead a team of production engineers
• Effective negotiation skills enable effective manufacturing processes by requesting appropriate resources and solutions from suppliers     
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
