職務内容
■工場管理 : 納期管理、生産状況、ナショナルスタッフのマネジメント。
■品質保証 : 生産・品質体制構築について裁量権を持って一任。
■経営管理 : 経営戦略、方針、年度の予算、業務計画策定、月次の売上予算実績管理、与信管理。
■財務管理 : 財務諸表、キャッシュフローの管理。
■シンガポール、日本本社へのレポート。
応募要件
■今回は技術畑出身者で経営管理の経験をお持ちの方。
■工場管理統括におけるご経験をお持ちの方。※管理だけではなく実務経験が必須。
■特に家具、縫製、自動車用シートの業界経験者歓迎。
■生産品質向上に向けた施策や体制構築のご経験をお持ちの方。
■財務諸表、PL、BSの管理ができる方。
■ビジネスレベルの英語力。
