Job Description

  • Industry: Financial Industry

  • Location: Bangkok (BTS/MRT accessible)

    Responsibility

  • - Provide level 2 technical support, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and routine maintenance.

  • - Configure and deploy new application releases, define deployment procedures, and automate repetitive tasks.

  • - Implement strategic projects, migrate applications, and manage server installation and patching.

  • - Create and maintain software, with full in-house training provided.

  • - Perform basic database tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of IT production processes.

  •  

  • Qualification

  • -  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in a similar position.

  • - Experience with Linux and application servers.

  • - Problem-solving attitude, reactivity, proactivity, discipline, strong team spirit, and good communication skills.

  • - On-call standby required (nights/weekends).

  • - Well communicate in English
