Our client is one of the sport fashion retailers 

Location: Bkk City
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB (Negotiable)

Job Descriptions:

• Manage sales targets for the local retail business.

• Evaluate the performance of store personnel and take appropriate action, including training, task assignment, procedural clarification, and involvement in hiring and termination processes.

• Oversee store profitability by analyzing store layout, traffic flow, display effectiveness, and product line contribution.

• Develop and enforce store procedures and processes to ensure compliance.

• Manage day-to-day store operations within the retail sector.

• Analyze store performance, identify trends, and propose promotional strategies to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

• At least 3 years experience of retail operation preferably within fashion retail industry

• Good personability and communication skills

• Good English, Chinese is a plus
