建物内の空調ユニットの更新工事です。工事期間は約2年。
コミュニケーション能力に優れ、整理整頓ができ、柔軟性のある対応ができる方を希望します。
【業務内容】
- スケジュールの調整と管理（その補助）
- 下請け業者との調整、各種提出書類の整理
- 社内および顧客との安全会議、現場会議への参加
- 工事の進捗管理
- 契約要件に従って、社内および顧客に必要な報告書を提出する
