Job Description:
Doing tele-calling, presales to potential client, regarding company general service.
Making sure client needs or problems related human resource to discuss.
Provide solution via presentation material to fulfill client needs.
Management clients project to be succeed their target and performance result.
Other job responsibility as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to communicate in business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
Experience in consulting or education/training sales is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Analytical and problem-solving oriented to identify client challenges and develop effective solutions.
Willingness to travel occasionally. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
