職務内容
- ソリューションアーキテクトと協力し、Terraformを使用したカスタマイズドインフラのデプロイと技術的詳細の確定。
- クラウドネイティブコンポーネントを活用して、顧客向けの拡張性高いインフラ環境を設計・実装。
- 自動化されたクラウド環境とCI/CDパイプラインの構築を通じて、効率性と拡張性を実現。
- AWSクラウド環境の構築、運用、サポートを行い、SLA内でのカスタマーサポートを提供。
- 他のチームとのコラボレーションで問題解決をリードし、顧客満足度を向上させる。
