職務内容
* RedHat Enterprise Linuxや関連プラットフォームサービスの技術的リーダーシップを提供し、新サービスや改善を構築・提供。
* Follow-the-SunモデルでL2/L3サポートやオンコール対応を行い、サービス復旧を監視・対応。
* 手動作業の自動化を推進し、プラットフォーム管理のコーディングに貢献。
* 運用ランブックの文書化やチームメンバーのコーチングを実施。
