調理器具の製品開発における品質評価・検証、および電気製品も含めた全ての製品における品質保証業務

主な担当職務：

【製品開発】※調理器具のみをご担当いただきます。

•  製品企画時や試作品、出荷前判定といった各ステージにおける製品検証・評価
•  各種規格や法規制に対しての適合確認
•  外部機関への調査依頼手配（JIS対応確認など）
•  市場品質分析（返品/修理/入電などのデータ分析など）

【品質保証業務】※電気製品および調理器具の双方をご担当いただきます。

• 傾向不具合発生時における解決までの社内リード（事実確認、報告書作成、不具合分析、顧客対応など）
• 顧客から回収した不具合品の一次解析
• フランス本社との協働による品質改善活動の推進および進捗管理や費用請求交渉
• 製品事故（疑義）発生時におけるNITE、経産省、消防といった公的機関ならびにエンドユーザー対応（事実確認、報告書作成、鑑識への参画、顧客対応など）

In charge of quality in product development for cooking tools, and quality assurance for all products including electrical products.

[Product Development] * You are only in charge of cooking tools.

• Product verification and evaluation at each stage such as product planning, prototyping, and pre-shipment judgment.
• Confirmation of compliance with various standards and regulations.
• Arrangement of investigation to external test laboratory. (e.g., confirmation of JIS compliance)
• Market quality analysis (e.g., data analysis of returns/repairs/consumer contacts)

[Quality Assurance] * You will be in charge of both electrical products and cooking tools.

• Internal lead until resolution when malfunction occurs. (Fact checking, report preparation, defect analysis, customer response, etc.)
• Primary (initial) analysis of defective products collected from customers.
• Promotion of quality improvement activities in cooperation with the French head office and progress management and cost claim negotiation.
• Public institutions such as NITE, METI, and fire departments in the event of a product accident (doubt) and customer response (Fact checking, report preparation, participation in forensics, customer response, etc.)

This position will be in charge of quality in product development for cooking tools such as frying pans and knives, and quality assurance for all products including electrical products.

【必須】

• 家庭用業務用問わず、電気製品における設計（電気、電子、機構、梱包など）、品質管理、品質保証いずれかの実務経験５年以上
• 英会話を用いた業務経験５年以上（フランス本社とのコミュニケーションは英会話と英文になります）
• 不具合内容、原因解析、および対応策についてのレポート作成能力
• 関係各位を引率するリーダーシップ
• コミュニケーション能力

• 金属加工に係る業務経験
• 外資系消費財業界での就業経験
• 製品事故における公的機関ならびにエンドユーザー対応の経験

-Mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience in design (Electrical, electronic, mechanical, packaging, etc.), quality control, and quality assurance in electrical products, regardless of whether household or business use.
• 5 + years of work experience using English conversation (communication with French headquarters will be in English conversation and email)
• Ability to write reports on defect details, cause analysis, and countermeasures.
• Leadership to lead all stakeholders.
• Communication skills

• Work experience in metal processing.
• Work experience in the foreign consumer goods industry.
• Experience dealing with public institutions and customers in product accidents.
