Description
- カスタマーサービスチームをリードし、日々のタスクを管理する
- プロセス改善、効率化を実施する
- 他のチーム（営業、財務など）と強固な業務関係を築く
- チームメンバーとの定期的なミーティングを行い、パフォーマンスを評価する
- 経営会議に参加、アイデアを共有する
- チームの成長と発展を促進するために必要に応じてトレーニングやコーチングを提供する
- 社内海外のカスタマーサービスチームと協力してベストプラクティスを確立する
- すべての取引データの正確さと完全性を監視する
- 生産的で前向きな職場環境を確保す
