• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech/e-commerce-related products.
• Proven track record in defining product strategy and leading product development.
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Business-level English.
• Native-level or high fluency in Japanese.
