業務内容

• リスクアセスメントの実施
• 最新のビジネスニーズや規制要件の把握
• 上記を踏まえた日本のIT監査計画の策定
• 日本のIT監査チームの指導育成、チームの成長と発展を促すこと
• 経営陣、管理系部門のビジネスパートナー、規制当局との信頼関係の構築維持
• エグゼクティブミーティングや委員会への出席、最新状況の報告（適宜）

Global life insurance company is looking for head of IT audit to oversee the Japan IT audit team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and create a Japan IT Audit plan aligned with business and regulatory needs.
• Lead and mentor Japan IT audit team, fostering growth and development.
• Build trust with senior leaders, control function partners, and regulators.
• Participate in executive meetings and committees, providing updates as needed.

必須条件

• IT、またはIT監査の経験15年以上
• サイバーセキュリティ、AI、データ、ITリスクマネジメント等、エマージングリスクの監査経験
• チームのマネジメント経験
• 部署や国境（リージョン、グローバル）の垣根を超えた協働経験
• 英語流暢
• ※日本語は必須ではありません

優遇条件

• CIA、CISA、CISSP、PMP、またはその他IT監査関連資格
• 金融または保険業界経験があれば尚可

Required skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT or IT auditing, including emerging risks like cybersecurity, AI, data, and IT risk management.
• Managing teams and collaborating with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams.
• Japanese: Flexible
• English: Fluent

Preferred skills

• CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP, or other relevant IT audit certifications.
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry.
