Job Description
An Accounting Manager is sought to lead the accounting team in a fast-paced technology and telecoms industry setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
