• Ensuring compliance with Japanese GAAP and UK GAAP/IFRS

• Overseeing financial management of foreign operations
• Interacting with the company's senior management on all financial matters
• Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Managing the use of financial systems, including SAP
• Enhancing and implementing financial systems and processes
