High English proficiency is not required in the near term as a screening officer, however, candidates with strong English proficiency have a significant opportunity to step up to high-paying positions in the future.

【募集概要】【Job Posting】
入館者の入出管理、持ち物検査、巡回その他、データーセンターの施設警備を担うお仕事です。 The job involves managing the entry and exit of visitors, conducting baggage checks, patrolling, and other security duties at the data center facility.

隊長職、副隊長職は英会話必須です。 一般職で多少でも日常の英会話ができれば英語手当を支給致します。 英語が苦手な方には英語手当は支給できませんが、英語NGとしてご応募ください。　　　　　　　　　　　　　

The positions of team leader and deputy team leader require English conversation skills. For general positions, if you are able to handle basic daily English conversation, an English allowance will be provided. However, if you are not comfortable with English, you will not be eligible for the allowance, so please apply as "not proficient in English."

英語ができない一般職としてモデル月収は約34万円（月間200時間稼働)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　隊長、副隊長、英語話者等には相応の手当で優遇するため、月間200時間稼働の試算で最高600万円を超える年収となる見込みです。

The model monthly salary for a general position with no English proficiency is approximately 340,000 yen (for 200 hours of work per month). For positions such as team leader, deputy team leader, and English speakers, there will be appropriate allowances, resulting in an estimated annual income exceeding 6 million yen - maximum, based on 200 hours of work per month.

Team Leader Position: Approximately 7.2 million yen annual income for 200 hours of work per month. Deputy Team Leader Position: Approximately 6.2 million yen annual income for 200 hours of work per month. General Position (No English proficiency): Approximately 4.1 million yen annual income for 200 hours of work per month.
General Position (English proficiency): Approximately 4.2 million yen annual income for 200 hours of work per month.

【勤務時間】【Pro and Con Shift Work】
日勤＝ 8:00-20:00、夜勤＝ 20:00-8:00　※ 12時間拘束（実働10時間）
毎月25日までに翌月11日～翌々月10日までのシフトを決定。

(Day shift) 8:00-20:00, (Night Shift) 20:00-8:00  ※ 12 hours on duty, 10 hours workThe shift schedule for the period from the 11th of the following month to the 10th of the month after next will be determined by the 25th of each month.

【必要なスキル】【Required Skills】
● マニュアル（原文英語：和訳文書もあり）を理解し、マニュアルに忠実に検査業務を行うこと。 検査業務に非協力的なお客様には毅然とした態度で接して頂く等、対人スキルもご指導致します。

● You will be expected to understand the manual (original in English, with a Japanese translation available) and perform inspection duties strictly according to it. We will also provide guidance on interpersonal skills, including how to interact firmly projecting command presence with customers who may be uncooperative during inspections.

● 英語が苦手、または日常会話レベルでも、データセンター勤務経験、或いは防災センター勤務経験がある方であれば、チャレンジしてみてください。

● Moreover, if you are not good at English conversation, or only have entry-level English proficiency, but have experience working in data centers or disaster prevention centers, we strongly encourage you to take on this challenge.
