ホールセールアシスタントとして、出荷、返品、展示会関連業務を担当します。具体的には以下の通りです。
出荷業務
各クライアントへの入荷連絡および出荷指示(ステルス使用)を行い、迅速に納品を実施します。
返品業務
返品商品の明細をシステムに入力し、返品処理を進めます。
展示会業務
展示会に参加したクライアントのアテンド業務を担当します。
システムにオーダーを入力します。
問い合わせ対応
客注、在庫確認、商品仕様などに関する問い合わせに対応します。
