Job Description

  • The Healthcare Affairs Planning Manager will align healthcare policy initiatives with company and therapeutic area strategies, ensuring cross-functional integration. This role involves stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and leading strategic projects to optimize healthcare affairs planning.

Description

  • Develop and update the Healthcare Affairs Plan, integrating policy insights.
  • Lead discussions on asset/disease-specific and above-brand initiatives.
  • Align MAHA contributions with company-wide and therapeutic area strategies.
  • Design and optimize the MAHA operating model for efficiency.
  • Manage organizational development and team performance.
  • Engage with policymakers, industry groups, and internal global teams.
  • Monitor Japan's healthcare policies, reimbursement, and regulatory changes.
