部門の開発が適切に実施されるように間接部門として各種状況のチェックやコントロールを行う
・プロジェクト活動（PMO）
・各課のKPI管理
・予算管理・コントロール
・リソースの監視・コントロール
・その他、業務効率化のための諸調整
・プロジェクト情報の収集・アラート
・プロジェクトマネージャーのレポート実施サポート
・上記を実施するためのプロセス整備を含む
