職務内容

• SaaSプロダクトの既存機能と新機能のテストを計画、設計、実行する
• アナログテスト・自動E2Eテストの運用
• 日本、海外にいるプロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、デザイナー等の開発チームと連携
• カスタマーサクセス・サポートとの連携を通じて顧客のニーズをサポートする
• Plan, design, and execute testing of existing and new features of the SaaS products
• Operate manual and automated E2E testing
• Collaborate with development teams in Japan and overseas, including product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Support clients' needs by communicating with the customer success support team.

• APIテストの経験・知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語と英語
• アプリケーションの QAの経験
• ベースとなるデータベースクエリ作成のご経験
• ソフトウェアテストの設計、実行、報告
• クラウドベースのプラットフォームでのテスト経験
• Experience and knowledge of API testing
• Business level or above in Japanese and English
• Experience in application QA
• Experience in creating database queries
• Experience in design, execution, reporting, and testing for softwares
• Experience testing on cloud-based platforms
