【業務内容】
政府との連携業務やデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）推進に関する業務をサポートする重要なポジションです。
■政府対応業務
・経済産業省（経産省）をはじめとする日本政府機関からの問い合わせや補助金申請に関する報告業務
・政府からの補助金や助成金申請手続きのサポート
・必要書類の作成や申請書類の管理・提出
■DX推進業務の補佐
・同社が推進するDX化に伴う業務改革の進捗管理や推進活動のサポート
・DXに関連するプロジェクトの実務支援（例: デジタルツールの導入支援、業務フローの改善提案など）
・DX化による業務の変革に向けたプロジェクトチームとの調整や進行状況の把握・報告
・各データをサーバに上げる工事の進捗管理、報告
・シミュレータを学び、工場やライン設備のシミュレーションを行う 等

・コミュニケーション能力が高く、インド人スタッフや日本からの出向者とスムーズにコミュニケーションが取れ、良い関係性を築ける方。
・各種資料作成等の業務経験がある方

・政府などの公的機関とかかわる業務経験をお持ちの方
