Required skills

業務内容

• グローバルITプラットフォームのレベル1〜2のユーザー・サポート
• 必要に応じてレベル3/サードレベルのチームへのエスカレーション
• VBAやPythonなどのローカル開発スクリプトのレベル3サポート
• ユーザー、ビジネスライン、グローバルITチーム、日本のベンダーと連携し、インシデントのフォローアップ、レポーティング、問題や改善要求の優先順位付けを調整すること
• 問題解決や信頼性計画に関するレポート及びKPIの管理
• ビジネスインサイトや技術的な専門知識の提供、プロセスや手順の改善
• サポート活動の記録・最適化を通じてチームの効率改善に貢献すること

Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 support for users on the Global IT Platform, escalate to Level 3 or third-level teams as needed, and handle Level 3 support for local development scripts such as VBA and Python.
• Coordinate incident follow-ups, reporting, and prioritize issues and enhancement requests in collaboration with users, business lines, global IT teams, and local vendors.
• Manage reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to issue resolution and reliability plans.
• Offer business insight and technical expertise across sites while identifying and implementing process and procedural improvements.
• Document and optimize support activities to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
