業務内容
- グローバルITプラットフォームのレベル1〜2のユーザー・サポート
- 必要に応じてレベル3/サードレベルのチームへのエスカレーション
- VBAやPythonなどのローカル開発スクリプトのレベル3サポート
- ユーザー、ビジネスライン、グローバルITチーム、日本のベンダーと連携し、インシデントのフォローアップ、レポーティング、問題や改善要求の優先順位付けを調整すること
- 問題解決や信頼性計画に関するレポート及びKPIの管理
- ビジネスインサイトや技術的な専門知識の提供、プロセスや手順の改善
- サポート活動の記録・最適化を通じてチームの効率改善に貢献すること
