DXまたはITマネージャー/DX or IT Manager9million and above

資格 

• IT、DX、システム関連の法人営業またはコンサルティング経験5年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上
• 以下のいずれかの小売関連業務知識
• 小売店舗における業務全般
• 小売システム関連業務（EC、ネットスーパー、在庫管理、POS等）
• 組織マネジメント経験（部長、課長、リーダー経験）
• 大規模プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 大規模な改善活動の経験（QC、業務改善、コスト削減など）
• システム開発経験
• 流通業向けシステムに関する営業経験
• 販売士、情報処理技能検定、ITパスポート等の資格保有者

あると望ましい資格

• 理論的なコミュニケーションが得意で、新しいことに積極的にチャレンジできる人。
• 顧客（グループ会社）と密に連携し、社内チームや外部ベンダーと協力して問題解決に取り組める人。

日本語レベル：ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語力

• 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or consulting related to IT, DX, and systems
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of any of the following retail-related business operations
• General operations at retail stores
• Work related to retail systems (EC, online supermarkets, inventory management, POS, etc.)
• Experience in organizational management (experience as a department head, manager, or leader)
• Experience in large-scale project management
• Experience in major improvement activities (QC, business improvement, cost reduction, etc.)
• Experience in systems development
• Sales experience related to systems for the distribution industry
• Qualifications such as salesperson, information processing skills test, and IT passport holder

Preferred Qualification:

• Someone who is good at theoretical communication and can proactively take on new challenges.
• Someone who is willing to work closely with customers (group companies) and can work with internal teams and external vendors to solve problems.

Japanese Languages :Native level japanese required and business level english
