【仕事内容】
インド法人の日本人社長または副社長候補として、インド事業全般を統括して頂きます。
インド市場は会社としても成長市場としてとらえており、今後のさらなる事業成長に向けて、会社運営及びマネジメントを担当して頂きます。
■具体的には
・インド事業の経営管理、事業企画
・本社への事業状況のレポーティング
・インド人メンバーの採用、教育、管理業務
・ローカル営業スタッフの統括業務
・国内取引先への出張、打ち合わせ、トラブル・クレーム対応等
・本社へのレポート業務
