• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery.
• Strong understanding of automation solutions and industrial robotics applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
