ポジション概要
当社のエンジニアリングチーム強化のため、栃木県栃木市大光寺町を拠点とするシステムテストマネージャーを募集しています。(このポジションでは、AWD部門で開発される製品の定義に従って、GKN社内およびAUTOMOTIVE SPICEなどの国際的なガイドラインやISO 26262に準拠した機能安全を考慮しながら、システム全体およびすべてのサブシステムに焦点を当てたシステムインテグレーション＆テストの分野で、プロジェクト関連の管理タスクを実行する責任を負います。

To strengthen our engineering team we are looking for a System Test Manager based in Daikoji, Tochigi Pre. (Japan) In this position you will be responsible for the execution of project-related management tasks in the area of Systems Integration & Test with a focus on the overall system, and all sub-systems, according to the definition of the product to be developed in the AWD division, taking into account GKN internal and international guidelines such as AUTOMOTIVE SPICE and Functional Safety according to ISO 26262.

Key Responsibilities/業務詳細
1) 車両およびシステムテスト経験、システムテスト管理およびプロジェクト管理経験。
2) ASPICE SYSの基本プラクティスSYS4、SYS5に精通していること。
3) 顧客とのやり取り、ステークホルダーとの関わり
4) テスト計画、テストモニタリング＆コントロール、テストレポート作成。 (テスト管理）
5) 自動車関連製品での製品経験。 (パワートレイン、ボディ制御モジュールが望ましい)

1) Vehicle and system testing experience along with system test management and project management experience.
2) Knowledge of ASPICE SYS processes SYS4 & SYS5.
3) Customer interaction and stakeholder engagement.
4) Test planning, test monitoring & control, test reporting. (Test Management)
5) Product experience with any of the automotive products. (Preferable is Powertrain & Body control module)

Development of the test strategy and test plan:
Develop and maintain the test strategy for System level Integration and testing.
Contribute to the creation and tracking of the overall project schedule
Creation and maintenance of structured effort estimation for all delivery milestones

テストプロジェクトチームをリードする
・プロジェクトに関連するすべてのSIT（システムインテグレーション＆テスト）活動を管理・指導する
・与えられたテスト計画に対して、人員とテスト機器が適切に利用できるようにする。
・テストが期限内に予算内で完了するようにする。
・テストケースがレビューされ、QAのためにリリースされることを確実にする。
・SIT内のプロセス改善の取り組みが確実に実行されること。
・開発したテスト仕様とテスト環境の再利用性が高いことを確認する。
・SIT活動における問題やリスクをエスカレーションする。
・メトリックスによる活動の監視と管理
・定期的なプロジェクトチームミーティングの計画と実施

Leading the Test Project Team:
・Manage and lead all project related SIT(System Intergration and Test) activities
・Ensure proper availability of personnel and test equipment for the given test plan
・Ensure that tests are completed on time and within budget.
・Ensure that test cases are reviewed and released for QA.
・Ensure that process improvement initiatives within SIT are followed.
・Ensure that developed test specifications and test environment have high reusability.
・Escalate issues and risks in the processing of SIT activities
・Monitor and control activities through metrics.
・Plan and conduct regular project team meetings

Participation in accompanying development processes

雇用形態
・正社員
・契約期間の定めなし、60 歳定年
・定年後の再雇用制度あり（65歳まで、1年ごとの嘱託契約）

年収
〇一般職レベル Staff level
基本給：月３５万～４２万円 Based salary JPY350k-420k
賞与：　基本給の４か月分（２０２４年実績）Bonus : 4.0months 
年収：５６０万円～６７２万円（賞与込）Total JPY5.6m-6.7m

〇マネージャーレベル Manager level 
年俸: 618万円～927万円　　（経験、能力に応じて決定）
賞与：最大年俸の15%
賞与込み: 710万円～1066万円
Annual Base salary: JPY6.1M-9.2M
Bonus Base salary x 15%   (Max)
Total JPY7.1m-10.6ｍ

勤務時間
8:30～17:20　（時間外勤務あり）
休日：弊社5勤2休カレンダー　
週休2日制（土日）、平日祝日は出勤、GW・夏季休暇、年末年始休暇９～10日あり

2. 自動車メーカー、自動車部品メーカー等で、製品および製造プロセスを含む自動車開発（機械および電気・電子・制御）などで5～10年以上のテストなどの経験があり、合わせて、「ASPICE &ISO26262」に携わった経験やそれらの知識を保有の方で、チームリーダー以上の経験がある方
