職務内容
- 月次、四半期、および年次の財務諸表を作成およびレビュー。
- 外部監査と連携し、必要な財務諸表および情報を提出。
- 売掛金請求書および買掛金請求書をERPへ入力。
- データ入力によるエラー修正。
- 銀行調整、貸借対照表の残高調整。
- 社内のキャッシュフローを管理し、キャッシュニーズを予測、キャッシュバランスを最適化する。
- 買掛金および売掛金の機能を監督し、タイムリーかつ正確な処理を確保。
- 財務規制および税法の遵守を確保。
- 財務リスクの領域を特定し、緩和戦略を実施。
- 予算の差異を監視および分析し、経営陣に詳細を提供。
- 市場動向および事業予測に基づいて財務予測の作成援助。
- 財務報告および分析を強化するための新しいシステムやツールの導入対応
- 会計スタッフの監督と支援。
応募条件
- 会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号（修士号またはCPAが望ましい）。
- 6年以上の会計職の経験があり、監督またはリーダーシップの経験があること。
- 会計原則（GAAP）および財務規制に関する深い知識。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル（読み書き含む）
- 所得税および法人所得税、付加価値税（VAT）に関する理解、および売上税に関連する計算および税務申告経験。
- 優れた分析、問題解決、およびコミュニケーションスキル。
- 細部への注意力があり、締め切りを厳守するために効率的に働く能力。
- 強い倫理基準と機密性を維持するコミットメント。
- GoogleワークスペースおよびMicrosoft Office Suite。
