Senior HRD Training, OD (Workplace in Lamphun)

Position:           Senior HRD Training, OD

Location:          Lamphun

Business:          Manufacturing  

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 18.00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle HRD tasks, training and development strategies align with company guidelines.

• Project Management, OD, Competencies, Talent Management. 

• Analyse the strategic needs of the company’s development, and the required skills of employees.

• Competency Management.

• Design and develop learning course and program, OJT, development process, provide tools, training material and templates.

• Lead and manage learning and development projects.

• Evaluate effectiveness of implementing training programs.

• Planning and manage programs to ensure all the training is delivering results and assisting the manager in learning and development tasks.

• Promote company core values and company culture through the training and development. 

• Other tasks assigned in related job.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• This position, salary around 35,000 - 50,000 THB 

• Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HROD, HR, Educations, Management, Psychology or other related fields.

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel 

• Experience over 6 years’ experience in HRD, training, HROD, Organization Development.

• Ability to communicate in English with foreigners. 

• Able to work under pressure and different culture. 

• Able to travel to work in Lamphun province
