Job Description
Position: Project Manager (BPO: Web Programming)

Our client is a leading consulting and research firm. They are currently setting up a new team to transition web survey programming from Japan to Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing duties as the leader of a newly formed department.
- Working in collaboration with teams in both Thailand and Japan side.
- Work closely with the Japan teams and Thai teams to develop and localize operational procedures, create manuals, and conduct training for staff.
- Manage and oversee the team's work, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Initially, the Japan team will transfer the programming component of product to Thailand. The long-term, the client looking to transfer full management of web surveys to Thailand, with the manager responsible for overseeing operations and enhancements.
- Form the team and establish task procedures and training programs.
- Manage team operations and projects.
- Program the web survey system.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in team and project management as a Manager or Senior Supervisor in BPO companies (IT industry).
- (Prefer) At least 3 years of experience leading the deployment of BPO tasks to in-house teams (internal localization).
- Basic knowledge of Python..
