Job Description

Our client is a parcel delivery company.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teams to oversee project requirements from start to finish, track progress and provide ongoing performance reports. 
  • Deliver post-sales reports, address customer concerns and engage in regular review meetings. 
  • Manage customer relations, plan and execute events and activities.
  • Update customer data in the system and produce daily reports.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, E-Commerce, logistics or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the parcel delivery, logistics or E-commerce industries.
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes with excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to perform well under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in Thai and Chinese.
