Job contents:
o Capable of driving outcomes independently, without the need for guidance
or supervision.
o A highly effective communicator who can lead cross-functional teams to
complete projects with the highest level of quality.
o Proactive in planning ahead and diligently managing risks before they
escalate into issues.
o Skilled across all project management disciplines, including scheduling,
risk and issue management, action tracking, stakeholder engagement,
and financial oversight.
o Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in customer
interactions.
o Capable of producing high-quality status reports that drive actions,
outcomes, and informed decision-making.
o Available to work in Japan hours, starting at 9 AM JST, and attend monthly
executive meetings, which may require earlier start times.
o Efficient in managing remote resources, with the flexibility to travel to
Japan or India for customer visits as needed.
o Collaborates effectively with architects, engineers, and developers to
execute project plans and schedules while leading customer meetings,
including kick-offs, weekly updates, and ad-hoc sessions.
o Able to track progress accurately, identify risks and blockers, and
implement mitigation plans to meet project timelines.
o Coordinates with customers on lab testing resources and drives project
progress.
o Provides regular project status updates to management, customer
department heads, and executives.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in managing PDI (Planning, Design, and
Implementation) projects.
o Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
