Job Description

世界的な医療機器メーカーで、お客様に製品についての理解を深めていただくための資料作成やイベントの企画、デジタルマーケティング活動等に従事していただきます。

業務内容

  • 顧客や従業員に製品に関する理解を深めてもらうためのコミュニケーション活動のリード
  • 学術/教育/プロモーション活動の管理・実施(プロダクトマネージャーと協力)
  • 主要学会のためのプロモーション資料の作成、イベント運営、展示会の監督
  • 商品パンフレット、販促物、在庫業務の企画・制作・管理
  • ウェビナーや医療講演会などの教育イベントの運営・管理・契約手続き
  • イベント詳細や制作物の発信(デジタルマーケティングツールを活用)
  • 学会とのやりとり、企業展示の手配、イベント実施のための業者との交渉など

Manage promotional materials, events, and digital marketing, coordinating with product managers, vendors, and academic societies to inform customers.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead communication efforts to inform customers and employees about product marketing activities in line with strategy.
  • Manage and operate academic, educational, and promotional activities in collaboration with product managers.
  • Oversee promotional material production, event management, and exhibitions at major academic conferences.
  • Plan, produce, and manage product brochures, promotional materials, and inventory operations.
  • Handle the operation, management, and contract procedures for educational events like webinars and medical lectures.
  • Communicate event and production details to customers using digital marketing tools.
  • Liaise with academic societies, arrange corporate exhibitions, and negotiate with vendors for event implementation.
