業務内容

• 製品ライフサイクル戦略の推進、新製品をコンセプトから上市までリードすること
• 年間/長期のマーケティング計画・事業計画の作成・実行
• 売上予測の作成、市場ダイナミクスや競合の分析
• マーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略と予算配分のチェック
• 営業チームとの連携（戦略の実行、マーケットアプローチなど）
• 業界のキー・オピニオン・リーダーとの関係構築と維持
• マーケティングイニシアティブに関するグローバルチームや関連部署との連絡調整

Lead strategic growth initiatives for vascular access products while driving innovation and market success through cross-functional collaboration.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Drive product lifecycle strategy and launch new products from concept to market
• Create and implement annual and long-term marketing and business plans
• Generate sales forecasts and analyze market dynamics and competition
• Oversee marketing communications strategy and budget allocation
• Align with sales teams on strategy execution and market approach
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders
• Coordinate with global teams and cross-functional partners on marketing initiatives

必須条件

• ヘルスケア業界でのマーケティング経験5年以上
• 強力な戦略立案とマーケティングの専門知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
