- Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Communicate proactively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee roles, scope, quality, risks, and procurement.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Handle scope, schedule, and budget changes.
- Ensure adherence to project processes (RPMM).
- Facilitate meetings and share meeting minutes.
