【ポジション概要】
エイラシステムでは、三重県四日市市において「ITサポートエンジニア」を募集しています。
今回ご担当いただくのは大手外資系企業ですが、英語力は不要です。
シニアITサポートエンジニアと共に、社内オフィスのほか、製造・倉庫拠点で働くスタッフに対してITサポートを提供します。
勤務地：三重県四日市市安島
最寄り駅：近鉄四日市駅（徒歩7分）
【業務内容】
インシデント対応
- PCハードウェア、Microsoft 365/Office 365、多要素認証、モバイルサポートなど
- VIP（エグゼクティブ）対応（必要に応じてシニアチームメンバーからのサポートあり）
- インフラチームからの指示を受けながら、ネットワークや通信関連の問題対応
日常業務
- PC・モバイルデバイスのライフサイクル管理（インストール、移動、追加、変更、クリーンアップ、廃棄）
- 資産・在庫の管理と記録
- 会議のサポート（IT機器のセットアップなど）
- 倉庫・工場内のVR/AR機器やシステムの技術サポートやエスカレーション
- 必要に応じてGISのIT機器やデータセンターのタスク管理
プロジェクト対応
- 各種ITプロジェクトをサポートし、必要に応じてほかのメンバーを支援
ドキュメント・プロセス管理
- ナレッジベース、FAQ、ITプロセスなどの維持・更新
- ドキュメント標準の遵守とプロセス改善

- 2年以上のITサポート／ヘルプデスク（対面対応）業務経験
- インシデント管理およびエンドユーザー対応における理解（ServiceNowなどのチケットシステム使用）
- Windows PCおよびアプリのサポート知識
- プリンター、スキャナー、複合機などのオフィス機器や一般的な接続の知識
- ネットワーク、Wi-Fi、アンチウイルス、ネットワークセキュリティの基礎知識
