業務内容

• 上長：日本のGM、及びグローバルCIO
• ビジネス目標に沿ったテクノロジー戦略の策定・実行
• IT変革イニシアチブのリード、近代化とデジタルイノベーション/DXの推進
• ITオペレーションの監督（信頼性、拡張性、セキュリティの確保）
• チームのマネジメント（コラボレーションを促進し、パフォーマンスの高いITチームを育てること）
• ベンダーマネジメント（リレーションシップマネジメント、費用対効果の高い高品質なソリューションの確保）
• グローバルスタンダードを守り、ITガバナンスのベストプラクティスを維持すること

My client is seeking an IT Director to lead and execute the technology vision for their operations in Japan. This role offers exciting opportunities to drive transformation, modernize systems, and implement innovative solutions. Reporting directly to the Japan General Manager and collaborating closely with the Global CIO, the role provides visibility, autonomy, and a unique chance to make a significant impact. You'll oversee an established team and collaborate across multiple office locations to ensure operational excellence and deliver forward-thinking IT strategies.
