業務内容

• スケーラブルなJava/Spring Boot Webアプリケーションの設計・開発
• 堅牢なアーキテクチャとドキュメントを備えたREST APIの作成・保守
• JUnitテストとコードレビューを通じて、高いコード品質を保証すること
• ウォーターフォール型プロジェクトで5人以上のエンジニアチームをリードし、指導すること
• 大規模プロジェクト（15人月以上）のマネジメント（計画から納品まで）

Roles/Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot web applications.
• Create and maintain REST APIs with robust architecture and documentation.
• Ensure high code quality through JUnit testing and code reviews.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ members in waterfall-style projects.
• Manage large-scale projects (15+ man-months) from planning to delivery.

必須条件

• Java/Spring BootでのWebアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
• REST APIの設計、開発、JUnitテストの実績
• コードレビュープロセスとベストプラクティスの実務経験
• 5名以上のチームを管理し、指導できるリーダーシップ能力
• 大規模な成果物を納品するウォーターフォール型プロジェクトのマネジメント能力

優遇条件

• eコマース、または高トラフィックのシステム開発に明るい方
• CI/CDツールやデプロイプロセスの知識があれば尚可
• 多文化環境/チームでの業務経験歓迎
• 高度な分析力、問題解決能力

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot web application development.
• Proven expertise in REST API design, development, and JUnit testing.
• Hands-on experience with code review processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership in managing and mentoring teams of 5+ members.
• Proficiency in managing waterfall projects with large-scale deliverables.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with ecommerce or high-traffic system development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
• Experience working in multicultural environments or teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
