業務内容

• Hyper-V、Citrix、SCCM、AD、クラウドプラットフォームを含む、Windowsサーバーの管理/運用
• サーバーの安定性のモニタリング・分析、改善・拡張の計画のサポート（グローバルチームと連携）
• 標準・手順に則った各種文書の管理
• レベル2サポート、適切なエスカレーション（L3は本社へ）
• プロジェクトにおけるインフラチームのサポート（主要なサーバー担当者として貢献すること）

Our client, a well-known brand in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a WSA to join their team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Handle the administration/operation of Windows Servers, including Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, AD and cloud platform
• Monitor the server stability, analyzing results and support planning of improvements and enhancements with global team
• Maintain comprehensive documentation following compliance to standards and procedures
• Handle level 2 support, and manage technical escalation issues from users or other teams and escalate to HQ for L3.
• Support Infrastructure Team for projects, working as the key contact for servers

必須条件

• 日本語：上級ビジネスレベル以上
• Windowsサーバー管理経験3年以上
• Active Directoryの知識

Required skills

• Business fluency in Japanese a must
• 3+ years professional experience in Windows Server Administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory
