業務内容

• KYC及び顧客オンボーディング業務のリード
• 既存のKYCフレームワークの強化改善
• 規制要件および業界ポリシーの遵守の徹底
• シニアステークホルダーや関連部署と協働し、事業拡大や顧客成長のイニシアチブをサポートすること
• BAUプロセスの監督、戦略的プロジェクトの推進、アドホック・リクエストへの対応、規制当局とのやり取り
• クライアント・オンボーディング、リスクマネジメント、業務効率において高いスタンダードを維持すること

Lead and shape client onboarding and KYC frameworks for a growing global financial services organization.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead KYC and client onboarding operations and enhance the existing KYC frameworks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry policies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business expansion and client growth initiatives.
• Oversee BAU processes while driving strategic projects, handling ad-hoc requests, and managing regulatory interactions.
• Ensure high standards in client onboarding, risk management, and operational efficiency.

必須条件

• 日本語及び英語流暢
• 外資系金融、または日系グローバル金融機関でのKYC、顧客オンボーディング、規制コンプライアンス関連の業務経験5年以上

• ステークホルダーマネジメント能力が高い方
• 金融業界のプロジェクトをリードできる方

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency both in Japanese and English is required.
• 5 + years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance related positions at global financial services firms.
