業務内容

• 連結のための本社向け財務会計・管理会計報告書の作成
• 自己資本比率を含む、日本の当局向け報告書作成
• 予算編成、NBI、コスト実績のモニタリング
• 会計のコントロール、照合実務や手順書/ユーザーガイドの更新
• 日本CFOの監査、流動性管理、プロジェクト参画のサポート

In-house Finance Manager opportunity at a well-established organization.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Prepare head office reporting for group financial and management report consolidation.
• Handle local regulatory reporting, including Capital Adequacy Ratio.
• Monitor budgeting, NBI, and cost performance.
• Perform accounting control, reconciliation, and update procedures/user guides.
• Support CFO Japan with audits, liquidity management, and project involvement

必須条件

• 日本語及び英語流暢
• 会計・アカウンティング、財務のレギュラトリーレポーティングなどの実務経験

優遇条件

• 銀行、証券の業界/ビジネス知識

パーソナリティ

• 財務報告書や財務データの分析力
• 経理、予算、財務管理などの課題解決力、ソリューション考案力

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Working experience in Accounting, Financial Regulatory Reporting areas.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with banking, securities firms business.

• Skilled at finding solutions in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
