Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to support growth and innovation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Drive recruitment strategies, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages that drive motivation and retention while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Training & Development: Promote a learning culture by implementing impactful training programs that support professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement processes.
  • HR Compliance & Analytics: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and leverage HR data to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement and also work on Payroll for local Japan employees

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in strategic and tactical HR roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to influence and build relationships across geographies and functions.
  • Hands-on expertise under minimum supervision in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in a data-driven approach to decision-making.
