モビリティ関連部品全般の輸出入業務を担当していただきます。
〇具体的な業務内容
・電動化関連部品を含むモビリティ関連部品全般の輸出入オペレーション業務、各種調整や折衝
〇キャリアパス
・当初2～3年はデリバリーに関する調整/折衝およびオペレーションが中心となります。
・輸出入業務習得後は以下を想定しております。
└輸出入業務部門でのオペレーションを行って頂く道、
└戦略企画部門にて電動化関連部品の取り込みを目指した営業活動/新規開拓/ビジネス立ち上げを担っていただく道
└お客様との距離が近く最前線の現場である国内営業所でオペレーションや営業活動を担っていただく道、
└コア人材として海外駐在にて現地法人のビジネス運営等のマネジメント業務に携わって頂く道
〇当社について
・安定した経営基盤があります。
・グローバル展開にも力を入れており、社員の約25％が海外駐在員として活躍しています。
〇働き方
・輸入業務推進課・輸出業務推進課ともに残業時間は20時間程です。
※30時間を超えることは滅多にございません。
・月の出社日の50％はリモートワークを実施しており、また、出社時の座席はフリーアドレス制です。
